Geronimo Festival 2018 Creche Rules

25-28 May 2018, Arley Hall, Cheshire

Geronimo will be providing a secure creche and children's club staffed by a team of fully-qualified and experienced child carers with a first aider present at all times. 

• Before entering the creche all children must be registered and have had a registration form fully completed by their parent/guardian.
• All Prior Bookings will be checked upon entry.
• Parents or guardians collecting children will have to give a password and will have to have had their names on the list of collectors on the registration form.
• The capacity is limited to maximum 70 children.
• All children must be signed in and signed out with a creche staff member (please note that Bathing under the Sky's team is not responsible for this service or area).
• Fees are payable in advance of each creche session, available to pre-book with spa tickets.
• A fee of £1.50 per 15 minutes will be charged for late collection.
• If your child becomes ill whilst attending the creche, the creche team will contact parents to come and collect your child or to inform you of the action being taken or any first aid given.
• The creche can become very busy. Please make every effort to label all personal belongings with a name so that the creche team can trace all lost property back to its owner.
• Some photos may be taken in the creche for marketing and social media purposes. If you do not want your child’s photo taking, please inform a member of creche staff.
• Tickets are non-refundable
• Please note that children are not allowed in the spa area
