Chilford Hall Vineyard, Linton, near Cambridge

The meadow and trees of a little woodland at Chilford Hall Vineyard in Linton saw the first
pioneers taking part in a pampering adventure celebrating the Great Outdoors and
rejuvenation organised by us - two dreamers behind the unique concept of Bathing under the Sky.

SPA UNDER THE SKY celebrated it's inaugural session with steaming wood-fired hot tubs and dry Finnish sauna, massage & other therapeutic techniques whilst raising money for Cancer Research Uk.

5*C was the highest temperature on Sunday the 19th;
the Hot tubs were maintained at 39*C, Aino-the barrel sauna at 85*C.

Our achievements:
We have raised £370. Our financial goal has not been fulfilled.
However, we have 100% of revitalised and refreshed Bathers under the Sky who very much wish to come again to continue in this new tradition they are already a vital part of.

See you again on:

  • The 3th - 5th of June. Our Spa will be the pampering-part of the Diamond Jubilee get-together at Chilford Hall over this holiday weekend

You can combine your Spa-day with wine-testing and guided tour around the vineyards.

We would like to thank to all of you who helped us to achieve this little
victory of the first Spa under the Sky:

Alena, Ludka, Vadim and Luke for their help with promoting and organising the event.

Steve from Relaxation Works for his advice, everlasting smile and most
importantly for treating our guests with his masseur's talent and expertise
on Friday and Saturday.

Chloe and her girls from Sanctuary Spa Cambridge for their hard work
whilst pampering our guests on Saturday and Sunday.

Jiri Loose for his once again great pictures.

And at last but certainly not least, many thanks' to all from Chilford Hall
for being imaginative enough to allow us to host it there at the beginning;
and for being so supportive and helpful during and after the event.

Thank you very much.
Alexandra & Bart

Most evenings at the weekends we spend a couple of hours in our new tub just chatting and chilling out. It is much admired by friends and I am stunned by how easy it is to keep it warm and maintain. I am not sure what we did before we got it !
